Stephanie troubleshoots circulation issues across libraries and manages circulation fines. She generally works Sunday-Wednesday.

Jennifer assists researchers in identifying and accessing an array of numeric and geospatial data; facilitates access to data resources across the disciplines; supports research and teaching that uses numeric and geospatial data; identifies emerging needs in these fields, and envisions new services in response; and develops and strengthens relationships among the Library, faculty, students, and other centers on campus, positioning the Library as a key partner. She is also the liaison to the School of Data Science.

As Reference Librarian for Information Services, Trillian answers in-person and virtual reference questions.

Ric is the Library’s Audiovisual Systems Engineer. Ric is responsible for the Library’s audiovisual systems. 

Tony is responsible for stacks management at Shannon and Clemons Libraries.

Jeff works with colleagues across the Library to promote strategic initiatives and Advancement goals of the Library. He manages the production of fundraising materials and other outreach materials for a variety of audiences, and oversees the Library’s main social media channels.

Christine oversees Interlibrary Services (ILS) operations, including the borrowing, lending, and scanning of materials between UVA and other libraries. She also supervises the Shannon Library mailroom.

Barbara Hatcher receives and creates order records for all incoming rare materials. She catalogs some print materials, and is a collections assistant in the Preservation department.

Bob manages and develops the Solr indexing services used behind Virgo, Libra, and other Library search interfaces.

Misuk Harris works with the Metadata Creation and Organization Team to catalog materials in various formats working in a variety of languages with a focus on current receipts and gifts in kind.
