Kathy Harlow assists with borrowing requests and patron inquiries in Interlibrary Services.

Ronda is the project management and training specialist for the SLab; the one who wrangles projects and helps SLab staff to find time and space to do their work; bringer of order from chaos; herder of metaphorical cats; a librarian by both training and inclination; fascinated by organizational and personal development; personal coach; comic book, tabletop game, and movie junkie.

Dave Griles performs custom research and data analysis. He manages several analytics tools, including Piwik and Director's Station.

Dave develops software for Library applications in support of global search and discovery in Virgo, and for open access solutions allowing ingest and leverage of scholarly work.

GIS Specialist with the University of Virginia Library where he builds spatial data collections, teaches GIS courses, and provides GIS user support. His research work includes various demographic, neighborhood indicator, and funding analysis projects in and around Richmond and various environmental science and humanities GIS projects. Chris is a certified GIS professional (GISP).

As the Open Publishing Librarian, Dave engages with University and Library communities to explore and establish best solutions for digital publication and preservation of scholarly work, leveraging evolving technologies for dissemination and discovery of UVA research and scholarship. His work focuses on investigating and assessing scalable, sustainable platforms for open access journal hosting and new modes of open scholarship under the umbrella of the Library’s Scholarly Repository Services unit.

As a system administrator Bob is responsible for the Library's cloud, server, and storage infrastructure.

Patrick Garcia is a Development Officer (fundraiser), and operates with all Library Advancement activities, including major and annual gifts/donations, endowments and stewardship.

Lou develops software supporting workflows for the digitization of rare and unique materials, and management and dissemination of digital collections.

Clay manages the UVA Library StatLab and provides statistical consulting and training to students, faculty, and staff.
